DIY Handmade Gift Ideas

I'm helping host a "Crafts for Christmas" workshop at my church next weekend, where everyone will bring ideas and supplies to work on crafty gift projects for an afternoon. To prepare, we're sending all the attendees a list of handmade gift ideas. Thanks for the list even i know how to made some nice handbags with the hands and normally i usses the coconut leafs and some jute and other related stuff.

That workshop sounds like a lot of fun! A craft I did, but don't have pictures of, is a dry erase memo board from a white ceramic tile (8x10). Since it was for a teacher gift, I added ruler masking tape along one edge for decoration. (The tiles cost about $1 @ Home Depot). Another one is the name made out of photos, but you already knew that. :)
Also, the hooded towel tutorial I liked best was this one. She had a lot of pictures, which helped me more than the written descriptions.
